Hey y'all~ My name is Jesús, I'm originally from Dallas, Texas but currently working and living in South Korea as a 4th and 6th grade English teacher. I'm joining this site after one of my fellow teacher friends here in Korea recommended it to me due to her wonderful experiences using it.

I really love art and painting and spent much of my adolescent life creating art up until university. I love listening to music and visiting museums as well as simply enjoying the beauty and color of nature. My more recent hobby can be described as learning about different cultures and the languages that come with them. My own family is very mixed ethnically and culturally- my dad originating from Mexico City, Mexico and my mom from Panama City, Panama- with roots in the Americas, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

All in all, I really look forward to seizing any opportunity to travel and meeting people from all corners of the world and hopefully expanding my knowledge of the different cultures and languages these people carry with them.

Honestly, I'm making this account a day before my trip to Taiwan tomorrow because I accidentally booked my Airbnb a day short. Normally I'd just extend the duration of my stay at my Airbnb but due to the fact that I discovered this mishap a day before my trip, I am unable to do so. As a result, I am trying this website out for the first time because I am reluctant to find another Airbnb or get a room due to my currently being short on funds haha ^^
