About Me

CURRENT MISSION

aw - just having a good time somehow. making travelling possible for others and enjoying the possibility of doing so myself!

ABOUT ME

what to say… i'm (at least i think so) open minded person and love meeting people! and well, by couchsurfing it's probably the best opportunity to do so. travelling is always nice and i like to be welcomed in other contries, so i do the same if possible!

PHILOSOPHY

mh. difficult to say! i love life, i love meeting people and having a good time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

mhm, i offer my couch and i love to use one when abroad.
and for sure all the other stuff like just meeting for a cup of coffee or a glass of beer or two.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i had quite a few people staying at my place as well as couchsurfing myself, and what shall i say - up to now I only had amazing experiences! beside that i met some really really nice people who now became good friends via couchsurfing and am glad about that. it's so nice to almost always find someone to meet in a foreign town! if it's not beeing hosted all the rest is just great, too!

Interests

pew... well. first of all, i love music. i guess i couldn't live without it. I'm almost listening to it 24/7 and enjoy people that have the same passion about that. right now i'm quite into electronic stuff but am generally listening to various styles like jazz, rock, avant-garde, classical stuff… so i'm going to many concert of different styles - basically at least once a week and sometimes much more frequently. next to mention is certainly photography. i used to have a darkroom in the basement which doesn't exist any longer because i moved to another flat - so that's why i now started with some digital stuff although i still love my old analog cameras.
i like to cook, to go hiking in the mountains and my old trusty racing bike. as well as by my old car, a volvo from 1966.

Music, Movies, and Books

i'd like to read more but right now i'm just not having enough time for it. hopefully soon! music - i couldn't live without it as mentioned before.
going to the cinema is another thing i like to do as long as it's about a good film for sure.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

mh - there is so many fantastic things i remember so i can't really judge about which is the most amazing.
possibly: living in norway for almost two years, experiencing the darkness in winter and the omnipresent light in summer - and for sure: watching the polar light!
