Help the rural communities in Africa

ABOUT ME

Nowadays the humanity is facing a number of calamities and the youth, the important stratum of society is the most affected, weakening the development endeavour. One of the incidents is the crescent impoverishment of the communities mainly rural at the level that the parents are facing enormous difficulties to provide for their offspring and secularize them.
Efforts are indeed implemented from every dimension in order to solve these issues but unfortunately the youth, the most affected is not involved search of possible solutions
From this analysis, we, young Africans and Europeans, from different communities, have decided to be in 2010 in an Association under bill of law N°04038 of 5th August 2004 with denomination “Group for Communities Organizations Support Jekabaara”.
Jekabaara, a Bambara name meaning “Let’s work together” and hand in hand.
A Non Governmental Organization opened to everybody with any kind discrimination.

PHILOSOPHY

The aim of our Association is to fight poverty and promote permanent human development of all populations especially from the communities.
• Fight illiteracy by organizing alphabetic classes and teaching support
• Work on environmental protection
• Work on the improvement of the communities, mainly the rural, living condition.
• Promote community healthcare, growing awareness on hygienic conditions.
• Assist poor and deprived children.
• Promote culture, and intercultural exchange.
