Overview
About Me
I'm really open minded person who like to listen to new and different points of view.
I'm very curious and always open to every new experience or adventure.
I speak English fluently. But I use every opportunity to, let's say, try talking in German :D
Conversation is always welcome, but silence could be pleasant too.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Meeting people, understanding different cultures, languages, having friends all over the world...
Interests
I love science and nature. I love sports a lot. Long time ago I played volleyball, but I gave it up when i started studying. Now, i am a bit lazy, but from time to time i really enjoy table tennis, water sports or equestrian sports.
Ok, to be honest, it is mainly something like billiard or bowling :) But you don't have to challenge me twice for something like climbing rocks or mountain biking. The condition is still there ( i hope :) )

Music, Movies, and Books
I love music a lot and from time to time i feel my own transitions: enjoying chill Rap today could easily lead to melting by latino sounds. Everything is possible, especially if it is something new. Experiments are always interesting, Electro Swing is an amazing combination. But, also, saving tradition is always respectable by me. Good sounds are good sounds, no matter which kind.
A movie inspired by a true story is always interesting to me. Not because of facts. Facts are facts, but movie is art. Some point of view or life lesson is usually there. Sometimes kind. Sometimes malicious. Sometimes incomplete, left to you, my favorite. I like, also, love stories, but not commercial ones, but ones forcing you thinking differently (Woody Allen, Emir Kusturica). A movie talking about a painter, a musician, a scientist, an artist in general or about a historical figure and/or event is always welcome.
I read a lot of books. I believe that Faust is still my favorite blend of human qualities. Tolstoy and Dostoevsky left a trace in everyone's education I believe. Mario Vargas Losa is a genius for breaking taboos, Salman Rushdie or Orhan Pamuk could teach you to understand and accept cultural differences... and so on and so one, literature is a miracle, once you are in, you can't give it up.
