I come from a city called Puebla, located near Mexico City. I have spent almost my whole life in Mexico. I completed a bachelor in Engineering Physics and I just finish a Master in Applied Mathematics.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have always had an interest in travelling around the world. After my first time abroad, I realized that meeting people from different cultures helps you to be more aware of how we are and how we do things. It gives you the opportunity to discover that things are not the same everywhere and that we do have a choice to make things better.

Its hard to narrow my musical preferences. It depends on the season and on my mood. But currently, the playlist is conformed of Mew, Whiplash OST, John Coltrane, The Beatles and La Oreja de Van Gogh.

My top 5 films in no particular order are Whiplash, Pulp Fiction, '4 Months, 3 Weeks and 2 Days', Amelie and The Pianist.

Things I have read that I like a lot are: books from Isaac Asimov (particularly The Last Question short story), The Lord of the Rings Trilogy and Father Goriot
