Hi there

Im currently living with my wife in Rochester, New York, and training/working in a Zen meditation centre.

My schedule is pretty full living a quasi-monastic lifestyle crammed full of fun things in my spare time. Climbing and riding tends to be my summer go-to and I'm still learning how to deal with all the snow... Cross country skiing and forest walks have been my favourite so far.

I left New Zealand to learn how to really live a meaningful life and become as thoroughly joyful as possible. The root of how I am actually going to enjoy the rest of my life. I started off with the money and possessions and quickly found them to be empty of any deep meaning for me.

Whatever books will nourish my inspiration at any given time. Currently my book pile has titles relating to meditation and multi-dimensional consciousness, psychotherapeutic theory (CBT, Behaviourism, etc), and a non-fiction book with a Chinese background. I also enjoy biographies.

I enjoy playing my own music, listening to it in yoga classes, but also, I particularly enjoy going to the free shows at the Eastman School of Music. The classical music, jazz, or many other types are totally amazing.

Movies of TV shows are not something I watch very often.
