About Me

ABOUT ME

Friends would say that I'm an easygoing, sporty guy. A good drinking buddy as well ;) I think friends would also describe me as a person you can have an actual conversation with. I try to take life one step at a time, have fun and make the most of life. Since our time is now, right?

PHILOSOPHY

'Een dag niet gelachen is een dag niet geleefd.'
Which is Dutch for:
A day without smiling is a day gone to waste.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I believe couchsurfing is, by a distance, the best thing that the invention of the internet has brought us!
I'm always open to meeting new people. You are welcome to stay on my couch, just send me a message.
I hope to make a trip someday visiting all the people I met through couchsurfing!

Interests

I love discovering new things, preferably new adventurous stuff. So for one thing I love to travel, go scuba diving, go cycling in the mountains, jump from planes, etc.
Of course one can't go bungee jumping every day (why the hell not?! a living has to be earned, alas..) so I make my daily life fun by playing guitar with friends, in the summer I cycle a lot. Otherwise I'm studying Food Technology, which i like to explain as 'making desserts'. My interest in food is also something I like to practice in my own kitchen.
