When you meet me, I will probably be smiling. I enjoy the encounter and the conversation, even without speaking the same language. From home, I bring a bit of Dutch openness and directness with me. Although I love being on the road, make new friendships and share stories together.

At home, I work as a teacher at a high school and in youth care. My academic background is in psychology. I also enjoy training for triathlons.

I’m in a relationship with my lovely Anouk, who is just as relaxed and travel-loving as I am. Back home she’s a nurse and an speedskater on ice. Together we’re on a worldtrip
