ABOUT ME

Currently living in Margaret River, Western Australia. I love living in such a beautiful place, surrounded by forest, rivers and the beach! Teaching outdoor education, I feel very lucky to be in a situation where I get paid to share a lot of my hobbies with young people. I love spending my time on the coast or in the bush, hiking, kayaking, diving, surfing, reading, practicing yoga and drinking copious amounts of tea and coffee!
I love a good laugh! I have a deep passion for life which is a driving force in everything that I do.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been fortunate enough to have met many wonderful hosts and friends through couch surfing in the last year traveling in North and Central America. As I have quite a transient lifestyle at home I haven't been able to return the favour and host back home in Australia but I would love to help out any travellers in the Margaret River area and meet with people to share all the fun and wonderful things this place has to offer!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In 2013 I spent 5 months travelling through the USA, Canada and Central America where i had some wonderful hosts and travelled with some great people from couch surfing.

I love to read and always keen to swap good books!My favourites are - The poisonwood bible, Animal Dreams, Breath, Dirt Music, On the Road.
I alsolove watching movies and have a pretty broad taste, anything but horror really! I think there is a time and a place though and find it irritating when people subconciously allow TV to dominate social situations.
