We live to explore!

I am currently travelling with my boyfriend Tom. After living and working for the last 10 years in London we are taking our "gap year".
Tom is a Michelin star trained chef and I manage restaurants and hotels. For the last year I have been designing, refurbishing and launching pubs in London.
We are taking some time for ourselves before we hope to embark on opening our very own restaurant.
