Moved to Holland in 2001 on a whim, for adventure!
90% Introvert but in the right setting can be quite the class clown.
- 8 years working at a Psychiatric hospital while I put myself through school.
- 4 years hosting a radio show (while working and going to school)
- 2 years as Facility Manager of a Public Access TV & Radio (2 tv channels and 2 radio channels, and I loved driving and setting up the 4 camera field production van all by myself )
- 14 years as a Big Corp. Global Comms. Advisor
I can be rather anal wrt organisation and planning, but always toward something creative and meaningful, e.g. a tv or radio production, a really cool event!...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My house is currently a construction zone. But I am interested in both surfing and hosting. I've travelled off and on for 25 years and love (push myself) to be open to new experiences, having been rewarded 99% of the time.
