Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have always loved traveling and staying with friends that have relocated around the world. I recently moved to Milwaukee from Chicago. I have plenty of space in my place so I figured I'd travel vicariously through people visiting Milwaukee. :)

Interests

I've always loved playing sports and the outdoors. I played rugby in college and even traveled on tour to New Zealand. It was like exploring a post card with 30 of my best friends. I also love exploring new restaurants and places. I've relocated and lived in several cities for work projects. I always love exploring a new city.

Music, Movies, and Books

I believe that variety is the spice of life. I love finding new music and books in a wide range of genres. I still love 90's alternative....I know...its 2014. In the winter my favorite thing to do is curl up with a good book by James Patterson. For movies.....I love ones that make me laugh!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

After college a friend and I had a two month trip to Europe planned. At the last minute my friend had to bail on me. I decided I was just going to go by myself. I had the best 2 months ever, was able to visit so many different countries and met so many people along the way.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I live in a fun neighborhood right off of Brady Street in the Lower East Side. I have a great place in a convenient location with a very positive vibe. I also have the cutest dog ever....just sayin.
