ooh errr there are just too many to chose from. Although 1 thing would be sledging down a volcano... that was pretty cool.
but I guess my final answer is, there are too many to chose from! I guess we can discuss and share our stories when we meet; I love hearing about other peoples adventures.

I can make a paper origami swan; it flaps it's wings when you pull its tail. It's tres cool. I can teach you.

I can also whistle REALLY loudly... Comes in handy sometimes.
