About Me

CURRENT MISSION

working towards a happy and healthy life without fossil fuels

ABOUT ME

Hmmm. Have moved around a lot, and lubed in a lot of different countries. Back in NZ now after 15 years away and figuring out where i want to live.

PHILOSOPHY

Try to be honest with others and myself and to live the best life I can. I want to be involved in helping rather than hindering the world and all its ecology moving to a more balanced and healthy state

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Music, Movies, and Books

music - folk, dub, reggae, esp. love vocal harmony and a good dancin' beat
books - so many. Early very influential was Into the Wild. Also love Tom Robbins and 'The Education of Little Tree'
Interested in inventive documentary film-making, particularly environmental and others with a clever line. 'Gloomy Sunday' and 'The Princess Bride' are favourites.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sailed from South of NZ up beyond the equator - seen the curvature of the earth, changing constellations and understood the vast size and scope of this planet and the pacific ocean.
