To cram as much travel into 5 months as possible!

ABOUT ME

We're just a typical couple of adventurous, easy going Kiwi's, travelling the world after leaving the safe comforts of home for London just over 2 years ago. Now the UK visa has run out and it's time to go back home, but not before doing some serious travel first! We have given ourselves 5 1/2 months to see as much of Europe, Africa and Asia as we can.

PHILOSOPHY

The world is a book and those that don't travel read only one page.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We think CS is a great idea for travellers on a budget who really want to connect to the places they are travelling to through the people who live there. Once back in Kiwi land we plan on giving up our couch to any weary travellers who are passing through (when we get one that is!)

New Zealand is 12 hours ahead of GMT, so it is the first country in the world to see each new day. A New Zealander invented the tear back velcro-strip. The pop-lid on a self sealing paint tin was also invented by a New Zealander, as was the child-proof pill bottle and the crinkle in your hairpins so that they don't fall out...and yes sheep out number New Zealanders by 10 - 1!
