Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on a mission to see as much of Europe and the UK as possible before I get shipped back to Canada. I really enjoy any opportunity to get to know cities and their inhabitants from a local perspective. i'm not interested in most of the touristy crap, but i do like castles.

Music, Movies, and Books

Chances are i enjoy, at least, one artist from every genre of music. Good books I've read recently include: Slaughterhouse Five, Notes from Underground and The Metamorphosis. I am currently on the lookout for a copy of Steppenwolf by Hermann Hesse. My favorite movie is Rosemary's Baby.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

"Amazing" is a strong word. This fun fact may mildly intrigue you: when i was 15 my best friend and i hitchhiked to texas so we could view a really nice sunset, that we saw on a postcard, in real life. we saw several pretty amazing sunsets on that adventure....
