I'm a 25 year old Texan. Born and raised in the city of Austin. I'm a pretty tough cookie. I feel I enjoy the simple and beautiful things in life. I currently work for my family so I can afford my travel desires. I spent majority of 2017 wandering around and I loved every moment of it. Currently trying to teach myself spanish - which has proven itself to be one of the most difficult things I've ever tried.

I joined Couchsurfing because I had used it prior when I was traveling (used my partner at the time's profile). It's become clear to me that this is a great network to meet all sorts of people. All of the people I had the opportunity to meet and spend time with have been a joy.

Give me some good guitar riffs and I'll be in paradise. Anywhere from soft to heavy rock - I love it.
My favorite books are all written by Augusten Burroughs. I can never get enough of his sarcastic and humorous look at life. I do read frequently and lately lots on philosophy and self love.

Like I said, I am trying to pick up spanish! I can understand more than I can write/pronounce. I'd really be interested in learning about anything and everything you do differently. The main appeal to visiting different countries/cities around the world is to see how others live, how they cook and how others spend free time.
