Hi! My name is Jenifer and I'm an American living in Spain for a year while I work as a school teacher in Murcia. I love to travel and have amazing authentic experiences. My best travel experiences have been when I've met up with someone who knows the city and is excited to explore and discover new meaning of the city.

I'm a very relaxed and laid back person; I'm generally up to do anything that I find fun and enjoyable. I love many. types of music (alternative rock, hip hop, r&b, indie, etc) and I especially love going to live concerts. I also have a soft spot for art, architecture, and nature.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing because I traveled to Almería, Spain with my friends and we couchsurfed there and I have to say it was one of the best travel experiences I've had. I want to get to know the cities and countries I visit as well as the people who are from those cities. I want to have an experience where I won't feel as if I'm missing out on a certain aspect of the city I'm traveling to.
