Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Out to see the world from the ground up! I love learning about the lives of others
ABOUT ME
These things are always so awkward to write... I'm a very go with the flow type of girl. I tend to not have time limitations when I travel on my own so I like to sit or walk and people watch. I like to think that I'm always listening and laughing and am very very VERY easily amused.
PHILOSOPHY
I just wanna get out and see the corners of the world and how everybody in between lives.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have a very comfy futon and an extra queen bed so I can fit about four people as long as you aren't an asshole!! No meanies allowed!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Only had a few couchsurfing experiences thus far, but so far so good!!
Interests
I love swimming and being immersed in water, I'm not a big fan of hot humid heat, and I love sweater/jacket weather; fall is my favourite season of course, and winter would be second if it weren't so long and dreary and grey with sharp, wet blistering winds.
I love R2D2 and I actually want to get a quirky little tattoo of him on my ribs maybe...

Music, Movies, and Books
I listen to all types of music, yes even country and bluegrass :P My current favourite genre at the moment would be chill out music like something by The xx but I also enjoy Hip Hop, RnB, trap music, rock and indie bands :)
I'm constantly looking for new books to read, and I love novels where I can just fall into the character and take on a new world with new outlooks and new approaches and reactions to the plot. But I also enjoy eye-opening and world-changing nonfiction books like Realms of the Human Unconscious.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Not really that amazing, but hopping down the larger sand dunes in Death Valley felt like wearing moon boots and that was pretty awesome
Also, I've seen a couple cool waterfalls in Taiwan but there's so much more still to explore!
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm trying to get my upper hand on cooking and learning what ingredients work well with each other, and by cooking most nights I think I'm getting the hang of it with an A for effort!
I moved to Taiwan to go hiking more often and maybe get into mountain climbing. I'm also pretty mediocre at skiing but I fall down a lot
I love listening to people jam out and sing or play instruments. I love talking to anyone who has a grip on anything that I don't (which is everything) whether it be politics or programming or music or dance, travelling or food, photography or just what it's like to be from a different place.
I can teach you all the names of different types of granite and marble if you'd like but none of my friends feel that my knowledge is useful LOL
