In the spring of 2011, I spent four months studying and adventuring in Ecuador--seeing the Amazon, mountains, coast, and the Galapagos! I stayed with a host family, which I loved. I embarked on my first trip to Europe in 2015 where I was an au pair for the summer in Spain--I learned a lot about myself through teaching English and taking care of kids but also nourished my passion for Spanish culture!

I recently lived in Denver, Colorado, for an AmeriCorps volunteer placement doing maternal/child health education and birth coaching at a community health center. I ended up staying there after my year of service to continue providing health education at a clinic. Outside of my past full-time job prior to grad school, I also worked part-time as a server for a catering company, which I enjoyed since I love food and connecting with people.

I like to hike, snowboard, and be outdoors. I recently graduated from a physician assistant program and left my most recent job to travel for a few months before moving back to Colorado. I am unable to host at this time as I am traveling, but I take every opportunity that I have to enjoy life and people and would love to meet up on my travels.

I am thankful for where I come from and where I'm going! I love living life to the fullest by enjoying each day as a new adventure. I have a positive outlook on life and always look for the best in people! :)

My past roommate was a CS host and we were able to host several people in Denver, and I loved being able to meet people from other places! One of my friends still hosts on CS, and I think it's a great experience to be able to host and meet people.

I traveled in Europe I'm the summer of 2015 when I was an au pair in Spain, and I met locals in different countries while exploring!
