Overview
About Me
My personality is reflected by how I travel: I value my relationships and spirituality, and love to spend my time expanding that wherever I go. I've found that the unexpected adventures come when you connect with the locals.
I'm pretty easy going, love to help when someone needs a hand. Moving from small town to large city, I know kindness goes a long way.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m amazed by the Surfer community built on trust. This is my world! Among all my travels, what has consistently stayed with me are the people I’ve met. The adventures are secondary, because it is those who I meet that expand my life. And from what I've lived and heard from others, CS makes the adventure!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've had my fair share of interesting experiences, but what I've loved the most is connecting with strangers who've become friends across the globe by having candid conversation, sharing beautiful experiences, and maintaining that connection through the years.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love learning about culture, traditions, and the lifestyle of wherever I'm traveling. Learning how to cook from different cultures would be so fun, also!
I can help with English, and have taught piano and Spanish. Generally, I'm an open book as far was what I know and am willing to share what I can. I think vulnerability is the way to connect and share what's most valuable.
Our world is in transformation. I would love to talk on this and explore how to bring principles of CS into the public sphere. How can we be midwives to the ripening changes that are bursting to the surface?
What I Can Share with Hosts
I love sharing stories and experiences with people from all over the world. I'd also love to show you around Washington DC if you visit! (Tip: DCA airport is 5 minutes from me, I can pick you up if I'm free!)
