Connecting and communing with others IS my jam. I am an actor and eating psychology & embodiment coach living in Silverlake/L.A. Originally from Chicago.

Likely as many of you, I'm the curious combination of extreme willingness to vulnerably go deep in any conversation and shared experience yet crave ample ample solitude and solo time to venture in my life. Extroverted introvert realness.

I have travelled amply all abouts the U.S. as well as in Ireland and snippets of England. I love to live like a local in my new environments --- being one with a community is big for me.

THIS month of June is my first ever lengthy solo trip! And I am delighted to delve into the CS world. I spend my first 10 days in Sweden meeting some cousins I recently discovered I have for the first time and then it's off to Vienna, Paris, numerous spots in Italy and possibly others.

I love couches!!!!! Haha. And I love meeting people and experiencing a city as if I am a PART of it.

兴趣

My interests are in pure observation (of how men and women embody sexuality in other countries especially), coffee culture, dance (nightlife partner dancing and hip hop), health foodie culture, and yoga.

Oh and cinema and live performance too. Sheesh, sometimes I forget I enjoy being spectator of my actual profession.

Good dance style Hip Hop, 90s grunge, classic rock... love it all actually... depending on the artist :)

Movies --- Hook, It's A Wonderful Life, Singing in the Rain... you know, the typical.

Books --- give me a good feminist book, self development metaphysic book, harry potter, or a good historical novel and I'm set.

Graduated from the most epic program I could have ever hoped for --- coaching certificate from the Institute of the Psychology of Eating this spring.
