Hello!

I live in central Albuquerque with my boyfriend David, a cat, and a frill dragon. I work at a small Indian Art shop as their graphic designer/photographer. David is a mathematics teacher at a local high school.

Our house is pretty easy going. It's never too messy, but we aren't the cleanest of people either. There are always a few remnants of new hobbies lying around, and most recently we started brewing our own beer. We both enjoy chatting about everything, and will happily give recommendations for things to do locally. We also love to geocache.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet new adventurous people. We love to travel, and really enjoy meeting people native to particular areas to give us advice on what to do!

Interests

We both enjoy biking, hiking, good beer, board games, watching movies, and traveling. David also has interests in running, tennis, rock climbing, and video game playing (Souls series anyone?). I enjoy cooking, crafting, and other artistic ventures. Time allowing, we would be happy to share our favorite activities with visitors.

Music, Movies, and Books

Indie music mostly, and a huge variety of it! Older rock music. Queen.
We enjoy super hero movies, indie movies, good documentaries, and mind-bending thrillers.
A Song of Ice and Fire series (Jenna will happily talk about tin-foil theories for hours), Michael Crichton, Stephen King.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Jenna - Slept on the street in NYC to get tickets to see the season premier of SNL in person.

David - Was an officer in a WoW guild and was awarded an azure drake for his services (only 1% of players got them, yeah, coolest person ever or what??)
