ABOUT ME

I used to be really shy when I was younger and even a bit unsocial because of that. Then one day I thought: What the hell, I´ve only got one life and I´d better start living it! Joining SC is kind of part of it :)

Anyway, I´m a 25 year old student originally from Tampere. I´m studying financial administration and public sector accounting at the university.
I spend my freetime mainly hanging out with friends and I go to the gym several times a week.
I used to be a cheerleader for ten years, cheering myself and coaching the younger ones in my team. It is still my ultimate favorite sport!
I haven´t really travelled outside Europe (only once in USA), but one of my biggest dreams is to experience a real safari somewhere in Africa.
I´ll be spending a year in Zaragoza (Spain) as an ERASMUS exchange student. I´m really nervous but excited about this since I´ve never lived abroad before.
If I ask my friends to describe my with only one word, it´s always the same: nice/sweet. I don´t necessarily agree with them but I guess it tells something about me; I never want anything bad to anyone. It´s also kind of one of my weakest points at the same time, as it´s quite hard for me to tell NO to anyone.
Well, that´s enough of me, you just need to host or visit me to really get to know me :)

I joined CouchSurfing mainly because I´m living in Spain until June 2012 and I´m going to travel a lot during the year here. It would be great to have friends around the globe.

My ipod is filled with John Mayer, India.Arie, John Legend, Macy Gray and so many others :) I also like rap/hiphop.
On tv it´s all about sex and the city, lipstick jungle and desperate housewifes since it´s a great way to balance studying and not to think about anything when you watch them!
I love Torey Haydens books, I´ve read every single of them at least a couple of times.
