ABOUT ME

I am a natural introvert with extroverted qualities. I love to spend time with family and friends and I love to laugh. I enjoy cooking, going to farmers markets and creating new dishes. I love having friends over to try them out too! I love the out doors, the beach especially and swimming is one of my favorite things.
I grew up in a decent size town, went to small schools up until college. I moved to Chattanooga, TN for my undergrad B.A. in Psychology and then moved to Berrien Springs, MI for my M.A. in School Counseling. I am currently a volunteer assistant dean as a boarding school in Denmark.

PHILOSOPHY

Always to who you are. Everyone has insecurities, I embrace mine, accept them, and through that they do not control me, I control them. Its a liberating experience. Be kind and loving to others and treat them the way you would want to be treated. I believe we are all more alike than different.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never done couch surfing before but I am excited about the new people I will meet and the experiences I will have while traveling. I have always met wonderful people in my travels and I am excited for the tradition to continue.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Traveled to Brazil by myself at the age of 17. Worked at summer camp for 8 summers. Lived in Poland for a year by myself. So many other things!

I really enjoy cooking and showing others what I like to cook. I also enjoy singing and playing the piano (not very well). I feel like people can learn from each other by sharing their experiences and being open to others, that is the best type of education.
