HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We enjoy meeting new people and have learned about this through friends. We do not currently host as we have a 600 square foot apartment, but plan on hosting someday, when we have more space.

EXPERIENCE WITH COUCHSURFING:

We stayed with a host in Hawaii, and it was great to meet the people who lived locally and who could show us some of the local spots. It was mid-week, so the hosts were busy a lot, but it was still a great experience.

My husband and I have been on many adventures together. We had our honeymoon in the Galápagos Islands and mainland Ecuador, and just got back from Europe (Switzerland, Germany and Iceland).

I (Jennell) lived in the Marshall Islands for a year, and it was the best experience of my life. I was able to live on an island of less than 100 people with no electricity or running water.

My husband (Wardell) had a very different experience when he won a trip to Ibiza, Spain.
