Hello!

A little about me: I have an undergraduate degree in Studio Art and English, and a postgraduate degree in Event Management. I travel a LOT. I’ve lived in London, UK for 6 months, backpacked through Europe, and usually take approximately 2-3 smaller trips throughout the year. I moved to Vancouver for the summer where I lived and worked and travelled on the weekends. I'm planning an across-Canada road trip for the end of this summer, and plan to move to Australia this coming November for about a year, within which I also plan to backpack through a bit of Southeast Asia.

I work as a bartender / server and also as a freelance Event Host for various companies.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really enjoy traveling on my own because it allows me the freedom to change plans on a whim and the time to meet new friends and locals where ever I am. I love meeting new and interesting people- I truly believe that there is potential for great growth and a deeper understanding of humanity through the various human connections that are possible between individuals. Everyone is inspiring in their own unique way. I love immersing myself in and learning about the culture of a place I am visiting.
