Hi ! I'm a chef and author based in Brooklyn, NY looking for relaxing spaces with kitchens and wifi. I'm trying to write a cookbook, but I also get cabin fever so I'm up for adventures to help clear my mind. From hiking to bars, I'm down to hang. I don't really like TV or late nights.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Three things! I've seen New Year's fireworks in a snow blizzard in Stockholm, Sweden. I've seen the sun rise over Hot Chip DJ set on a Barcelona waterfront during Primavera Sound. I've buried a pig over coals for 18 hours and it was delicious.

I can teach you a couple recipes, how to take care of the food you buy from the grocery, pickling, knife skills, cheese pairing and more. Whatever you want to learn about food, I might know something helpful. Except baking, I'm a terrible baker outside of making pie crust.
