HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am NEW to CS, but I would like to get more involved.
I wholeheartedly support a community of global travelers that promotes peace, cultural understanding, and friendship! =) I look forward to showing new friends all around the city.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have Couch Surfed 3 times now in Istanbul, Turkey, Munich, Germany, and a village outside of Freising in the Bavaria region of Germany. I have had great experiences. I am especially appreciative and grateful for how welcoming, accommodating, gracious, and kind my hosts have been. =0)

Interests

I love learning, growing, exploring, traveling, reading, researching, fashion, unique peak experiences, cute and cuddly creatures.... flowers.. butterflies..objects and such of great beauty and mystique. I enjoy films, documentaries, art and science museums, galleries, cultural festivals, good funny comedy clubs, the theater - Broadway shows and musicals and plays- Art in all forms- sparks my interest and kindles my creative spirit...Oh- I absolutely adore being in , near, and around the water from pristine majestic waterfalls to tropical island paradises to the seas to oceans to lakes to rivers to ponds with lovely lily pads...
I also spend my time hunting down the very best chocolates in the world, sampling cuisines from all over the globe and going on walking adventures all with the purpose of enhanced discovery...Yes, I am a foodie...I relish dancing, learning languages, all about cultures and their ancient wisdom...

Music, Movies, and Books

I have LOVED Books all of my life. It is not easy to just mention a few. I tend to gravitate to works on personal growth, professional development, leadership, business, spirituality, the esoteric, mystic and lyrical poetry, books that encourage, inspire, edify, and instruct..LOA
Authors such as K. Gibran, Omar Khayyam, Mevlana Rumi, William Blake, Miguel Ruiz, Stephen Covey, Dale Carnegie, Emerson, Jack Canfield, Neale Donald Walsh, Napoleon Hill, etc. appeal to me...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's so hard to choose only a couple of things which have filled me with awe...
I will always reflect fondly upon my childhood dream that was fulfilled in Singapore on Sentosa Island when I went swimming with the very shy and utterly darling pink dolphin. that precious Dolphina also painted a picture for me holding the paint brush in his mouth...

While exploring Turkey and the ancient cities of Ephesus and Mary's house.
I felt inspired to follow in Paul's footsteps and trace the missionary journey's to these beautiful lands.... I have yet to do. But I had multiple epiphanies while experiencing the wonders and beauty of Turkey-

Teach, Learn, Share

I have over 10 years experience Teaching English as a Second Language. I can help you improve your interpersonal communication skills, leadership skills, public speaking skills, etc.. I can share some of my favorite ideas for cooking and baking. I do like to follow recipes when cooking and then add my own creative/ personal touch though.. I can teach writing. I may be able to teach some of the foreign languages I have studied if my memory is a faithful and loyal servant to me.. ;) I can most definitely share my extensive global travel adventures and resourcefulness..

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my real estate knowledge, business knowledge. Perhaps provide some business consulting, life coaching, and motivational speaking... :0)
I have my Motivational Coaching Certificate and Florida Real Estate license...
Also, I can share the projects I am working on if you are interested like my writing or broadcasting and business building initiatives...
Or perhaps we can do a language exchange...etc.
I also enjoy running and exercising. So we could work out together- I will keep you encouraged- Eyes on the prize- the Goal..at hand..
I can cook the best omelettes ever!!! ;)
