I spend my days playing with my pets and doing DIY home renovation. I'm not very good at renovating, but it's fun to learn.

Planetary science is an interest of mine, so I grabbed a chemistry degree and am working on experiments in space.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I tend to travel places alone, so getting to know a city with locals is my favorite way to explore. I love being around people and getting locals' perspectives.

I like hosting to provide a friendly relaxed place to stay for travelers. Really love learning from guests as well as cooking, being outdoors, and thoughtful conversations with them. Currently taking a break from hosting.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I sang with my university choir in many venues in Italy May 2010. Most impactful musical experience I have had in a while. Also, performed as part of the choir for Star Wars in Concert in 2009. Epic!
