Overview
About Me
I just graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. I'm incredibly easy going, I have a positive attitude, and love meeting new people. I'm not picky with food and will try anything once. I get way to emotionally connected to every TV show I watch and I have plenty of suggestions! I prefer beer over wine on most occasions.
I just finished a 6 week tour of Europe l visiting 9 countries. I connected with so many wonderful people. I'm in the middle of moving right now, but when I'm settled I'd love to start hosting surfers and be able to show them how wonderful Philadelphia is the way I was shown how amazing all the cities I visited were.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to experience my travels in the truest and rawest of ways. I think the best way to do that is to meet and spend time with locals.
Interests
My interests are very wide ranging. At home, my weekend usually consist of going out in the evenings, followed by waking up at 6am to go on an outdoor adventure. I love spending time in nature as much as I love exploring cities. I admire public art, local beer, great food.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Spent 3 days backpacking the Icelandic wilderness in Hornstrandir Nature Refuge. Can't wait to go back and spend more time exploring the rest of the peninsula.
Solo-trekked Tour du Mont Blanc, camping each night over 9 days. 170km and 10.000m elevation gain and loss over France, Italy, and Switzerland. It was the most physically and emotionally straining and absolutely beautiful experience of my life.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am a pretty good cook and I really enjoy making food for people. I can share my enthusiasm, I have a very positive attitude and I don't let one or several bad things ruin my day. I am openminded and love to discuss any topic.
