Hi friends! I'm a Taiwan native that grew up in the Bay Area of California. I now currently split my time between Australia and the US of A. I work like a slave for a passion I adore but in my free time I love to go out and explore this world we live in. I am a huge foodie who loves to find new places and meet people who I can swap stories with.

Unfortunately I am going to be working and traveling for a great deal over the next year so I am unable to accept guests. I am always happy to meet some new faces though so if I am in your town, don't be shy!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We all know travel can add up. Since I am a pretty big social butterfly, I've always hated staying in hotels because of the isolation factor. Sure, you get a nice room with lots of pillows and a flat screen tv, but for one who barely turns on the Tely, (except to mass watch some doctor who or GOT) it's not really my cup of tea. Hostels have always been a huge meeting place for people with similar ideals and visions and I feel like couch surfing can in a way add something beautiful to everyone's travels. I believe that the experiences we gain by meeting people from all around the world is inspiring and worth more than any beach front view in a high rise hotel.

Music, Movies, and Books

Mainly, jazz, rnb and reggae music. But I'm definitely not one whose short on going through experimental phases, which has guided me to enjoying almost everything from Muse, Led Zeppelin & E-40 to Kaskade and The Eagles. I strongly believe that all genres of music can be enjoyed by everyone given the right environment and mindset.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Trekked down to the Southern tip of Taiwan and watched as the different sea levels met.

- Hiked up the stairway to heaven.. &Yes, the view of Oahu from there really is heavenly.

- Was Denied from the infamous Berghain.

-Was Accepted into the infamous Berghain ;)

-Hitchhiked through Europe from Denmark to Croatia.

-Hitched Planes and hopped through the Aran Islands.

-Hitchhiked through the South Island of New Zealand.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a very musical soul and can share my knowledge of musical theory, piano & (some) drums. I can also recommend some amazing artists and djs that I adore to help you build up your playlists. My goal is to improve my guitar and pick up the violin and sax in the near future because there is just something about the way they hum that makes my insides giddy with joy.
