ABOUT ME

I'm a 33 year old Parrothead (Jimmy Buffett fan) that was born and raised in Pittsburgh. I've been with my high school sweetheart, Scott, for 15 years. We married nine years ago and currently have two children. We do have a dog that acts like our child too. He is a six year old Miniature Schnauzer named Finegan.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My husband Scott told me about CouchSurfing several years back but I really didn't get involved until 2009. I think it's a pretty cool idea. It's defiantly a different way to meet new people and experience the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

No longer a CouchSurfing virgin! I spent two seperate nights in Seville on two seperate couchs with my husband, plus Georgia. Plus we've hosted too. Overall, it was a great experience. We met some great people too!

Interests

My top interest/hobby is Photography. I love taking pictures and I always have a camera on me. I also love to travel. There are so many places I want to visit!

Movie: Titanic is by far my favorite movie. Other movies I like are: Dark Knight, Batman Begins, The Departed, The Prestige, Something about Mary, Meet the Parents, Wedding Crashers, True Lies, 40 Year Old Virgin, Blood Diamond, The Wedding Singer, Dirty Dancing, Sixteen Candles, Old School, Good Will Hunting, The Princess Bride and Pirates of the Caribbean

Book: Flowers for Algernon

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last year we went to India for our friends wedding. The most amazing thing I saw was the Taj Mahal. It was so amazing seeing it in person and going inside. I couldn't believe I was standing in front of it and I wasn't looking at it on TV or in a magazine.
