Hi, I’m Jennie — a 35-year-old holistic wellness consultant, nutrition therapy specialist, and lifelong student of healing. For over a decade, I’ve dedicated myself to studying the body, mind, and spirit through modalities like herbalism, emotional support work, detox science, and regenerative nutrition. I’m passionate about helping people reclaim their health and inner peace.

I’m currently traveling as I navigate recovery from a complex chronic illness, and my journey has made me incredibly grateful for safe, quiet, heart-centered spaces. I value respect, stillness, and meaningful connection. I’m tidy, non-disruptive, deeply appreciative of hospitality, and always happy to give back in whatever way I can — from sharing wellness guidance to helping cook nourishing meals or tending a garden.
