I love to travel around, make new friends, laugh and just have a good time. I am open minded, but get ready to debate too, because I like playing devil's advocate :P

At the moment I am settling down to study, and I guess it's not too bad to have a routine again after travelling around, but don't have much going on except for reading. If you're visiting Portland, we can meet up, and we can explore Portland together.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I signed up because I wanted to explore the world as a local instead of as a tourist, and really get to know others' cultures.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like salsa music and indie rock. I also collect new songs from my friends when they play them on road trips, and it got to some point that I no longer know what genre I prefer anymore. Also discovering plenty of good songs on Spotify.
When the same old playlist gets tiring, I listen to podcasts instead: tech, history, or storytelling. I have a great list if you're interested.

trekked solo to Annapurna base camp, slept in a hammock for 10 days while traveling the Amazon river by boat, Eid in Palestine with my friend's family
