Well, I'm just an extremely fortunate gal with a wonderful friend to many.
I love being busy constantly and make every single day productive. I work as an English as a second language teacher for already 5 years. I've been loyal to my company because I just love interacting with different kinds of people. I work hard but I travel more. I am not done seeing all the world has to offer.
I got to a point where I just knew there was more to life than living for the weekends and a few short holidays every year. I wanted out and took the leap. That's the reason why I wanted to work abroad. To gain experience, to meet new people, to visit more places and to have more knowledge.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I travel for the adventure and also for the ability to experience and gain knowledge about another world outside of my own. Couchsurfing is the perfect way to see a country, see how the people live, and experience life there through their eyes and meeting locals is one of the best parts of traveling. They share the hidden gems about their country that you might not have heard about. They help you broaden your horizons and see more of a country than you originally planned.

I enjoy becoming a part of the culture to better understand it, which is what Couchsurfing is all about.
I think it offers me to immerse myself into the lives of the locals, see what their country and their world is like compared to my own or what I view through the media.
