Hey! My Name is Jenny and I'm from a small village in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
I'd consider myself a creative and extrovert person and I LOVE to get to know new people, new cultures and new places.
I especially love France and the French language.
My passions are art (mostly analog photography), music (i play the guitar - but not that well) , literature and languages.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

After my graduation, I wanted to start seizing the days ahead by getting to know new people and new cultures. I also search to achieve this by spending a year abroad in France, where I also want to travel a lot.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to a lot of genres...
- 60s/70s/80s (David Bowie, Queen, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Cher, Talking Heads) ... mostly on vinyl
- Metal, Metalcore, Post-Hardcore (Being As An Ocean, Architects, Amity Affliction, ...)
- "Drag-Music" (?) (RuPaul, Trixie Mattel, Aja, ...)
- and much more. Chances that we like the same genres are pretty high :')

I also watch a lot of movies, though my favourite movies would be all Star Wars movies.
And musicals. I love me some Rocky Horror Picture Show or Grease.

I also read a lot of different genres, but the books I enjoyed most were Hamlet, Romeo and Juliet, The Fault in Our Stars, Gone Girl, Tschick and Am Kürzeren Ende Der Sonnenallee.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to share my interest about art and photography. I can show you how to take pictures on an analog camera and if you're not too shy for that, I would love to shoot a whole roll of film of you - I'm always looking for interesting people to take pictures of.
I could also teach you German (if you want to learn this terribly hard language xD).

What I Can Share with Hosts

As I already said - it would be a pleasure if I could photograph you and as soon as they're processed you will immediatly receive the pictures.
Also why not sit together and sing some songs which I'll accompany with my guitar (I feel responsible to mention that I can only play like 5 songs, but maybe I'll improve till we meet xD).
