Born and raised in the woods of northern NJ I was always an outdoorsy type. While also living in close proximity to NYC I have a bit of street smarts too. I fell in love with my best friend and we started our journey moving to Saint Augustine, FL a beautiful place but not quite us. We took a trip and got engaged in Boulder, CO and knew we were home. We moved back in with our rents to save for our next journey but there has never been perfect timing. Murphy’s Law... My now husband and I are again tired of the NJ smog, timing good or bad we are headed west!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My husband and I along with our two cats (Binx and Odin) are looking for the perfect part of Colorado to call home. It has been a tough go trying to move half way across the continent. Most employers want you living there already… And most apartments want us to have jobs out there. We are looking for like minded 420 friendly people to help us in our journey west.

Me and my husband Erich love movies nothing like cuddling up and relaxing with a good flick... he’s seen them all. We love music of all kinds even in languages we don’t understand, and I’m a huge David Bowie fan. Jitterbug Perfume by Tom Robbins is my favorite book.

I love to cook and I love to garden. An avid seed collector. I can teach quite a bit in in the art of horticulture. I love homesteading philosophies, if we all had a garden no one would be hungry and food would taste good again. I love to help people getting my hands dirty is never a problem!
