Adventure loving, outgoing, generous and considerate. I live in the West Indies, in Dominica (the Couchsurfing system doesn't recognize my country so the closest I could get was St. Lucia- two islands south of me). I feel very lucky to live in paradise and be able to travel the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Was a guest through couchsurfing in HI, and had an amazing time! I love that couchsurfing gives the opportunity to meet people living in the countries where I am travelling, and who have a passion for sharing their culture with travellers. I have excellent reviews on AirBnb as well and am an easy person to get along with!

Interests

I work in the medical profession, which affords me the opportunity to help others on a daily basis. Travel is my true passion~ seeing all that is rich and varied in the world, and getting to meet wonderful people with diverse perspectives. In Iowa I spend my time biking, hiking, gardening and working on creative literature as a budding author.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Phosphorescent waves in Costa Rica left me utterly mesmerized. Watching the turn of the millennia in Paris (even though the countdown clock on the Eiffel Tower was broken from the windstorm a couple of days before)~ that was a magical night. Ziplining in tropical jungles, wonderful meals shared with friends, So many amazing travel experiences!
