ABOUT ME

From the outside I appear to be a quiet girl but I always like to seek adventures and make the most out of this life. I like outdoor sports such as hiking and rock climbing. Traveling around, especially traveling by myself, has been the best adventure I enjoy so far. By stepping outside the comfort zone and exploring the world I learn the limit of myself, meet so many interesting and kind people from different cultures and become friends with them.

Interests

Traveling has always been my biggest hobby. Recently I have been thinking about how to combine travel with working/living.

Besides, I like to read (comics, fictions, philosophy), watch movies and listen to music. If I have enough motivation, I will try to pick up new languages, and do yoga.

Music: Jazz, Heavy Metal, Rock, Folk music. Artists like Coldplay, Rammstein, Massive Attack, Scorpions, Michael Jackson, Linkin Park, Mattafix, Omnia, Haggard etc
Movies: Amelia, Before Sunrise; The Bourne Identity; Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter; Sherlock Holms, etc
Books: I like reading novels as well as philosophical and psychological books, I enjoy the works of Jane Austen, Oscar Wilde, George Orwell, Michael Sandel, Allan de Botton etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The first time I swam in the ocean at night I saw blue lights dancing in the water. It's pretty amazing. Later I found out it was caused by the micro chemical organisms ( can't remember the name) living in the ocean.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am always curious and like to learn new things, sports, dancing, cooking, language, etc. I can teach Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese)
