About Me

CURRENT MISSION

fulfill a dream, make new ones, discover.

ABOUT ME

I went to college in the sweet sweet south of the USA. I studied Spanish and Pre-Med. After graduation I volunteered in Nicaragua for a year. An den worked for 2 years to please my parents and save some mula. An den I worked in Costa Rica as a summer camp guide leading high schoolers around. An den I moved to Argentina and Uruguay for a few months. An den I came home, got antsy and thought...California sounds nice. Now I'm here.

I can only seem to stay in the States for short periods of time before I get the itch to go somewhere. I got it again! But I'm trying to fight it for a bit and explore all the West Coast has to offer.

I love people, goofing off, relaxing, beaches, mountains, wandering, adventures, good stories, and laughing till my stomach hurts.

PHILOSOPHY

-Love your neighbor as yourself.(currently struggling with this one)

-Keep it real.

-If you pray don't worry; if you worry don't pray.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well I'm new to this whole thing, but I hope to be able to spread laughter, joy, and fond memories through my participation in the cs2 project. I plan to do this by staying on strangers' couches all over the world!

Eventually I hope to one day have a couch of my very own to be able to offer my fellow wanderers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed using CS2 for the first time January 2009 in Uruguay and Argentina. Great experiences, I hope to continue to meet all kinds of people through cs.

As a child I remember being sad when friends moved away, but I found comfort in my mother's wise words, "Don't be sad, now you just have another place to visit!" I definitely took her words to heart. Ever since I have been able to drive, I've been jumpin in the car to take spontaneous roadtrips to any place where I know someone with a couch to stay on.
