Hello! I'm a huge hearted traveler. outgoing, friendly, spontaneous, likes to socialize, easy to talk to, laid back, and kind. I just recently left my job to travel the world for some time before I come home to look for a Counseling job. I am a newly certified Yoga instructor as well and have loved diving into my practice

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would absolutely love to stay with locals and experience their culture, hear stories, maybe learn how to prepare an authentic dish, and overall experience the culture more than I will staying in a hostel of other travelers. I also love meeting new people and would love to make some lasting friendships so i can return the favor of having you stay with me in San Diego, CA one day! A stranger is a friend I haven't met yet :)

Interests

I enjoy anything outdoors, hiking, running, wake boarding, boating, snowboarding, playing at the beach, practicing yoga, enjoying life. I love helping others, and exploring what the world has to offer. I enjoy going out with my friends, happy hours, live music and shows, laughing, meeting new people, and living life to the fullest! I love wild adventures as well as quite time reading in the sunshine.

Bungee Jumping the Nevis in NZ.
Backpacking through the Sierras, from Mammoth to Yosemite, and hiking half dome.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am looking to get more from my solo Europe trip then just a bunch of pub stories (although those will be great!) I would love to volunteer more than once (orphanages, a family, a cause, a fundraiser...anything), learn a local cultural dish, get to know some of my hosts and the history of their towns, learn a foreign language. I am also very happy to help cook meals, teach yoga, answer any questions you may have on America, and I'm an excellent wine drinker and story teller ;)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am a newly certified yoga instructor and would love to teach you some yoga if you're interested, I am also a child therapist if anyone wants to talk about counseling, and I'm a big communicator so we can talk, practice English, and share some laughs.
