ABOUT ME

Last year 2010, I got to experience my 1st international "EUROTRIP" for 35 whole days and visited Spain, France, Italy, Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, Belguim, and Amsterdam.

2011 brings new adventures as my friend and I are planning another month long trip to South America and can't wait to see Peru and Macchu Picchu, as well as Ecuador, Panama and Costa RICA!!!

2012 calls for another adventure, this time in winter... THAILAND. The planning has only started but I've very excited to travel with my travel buddy :)

PHILOSOPHY

Treat others as we would like to be treated. This for me would be to meet and greet people with the respect and an open mindedness that all deserve.

Also understanding that life is ever changing and with all beginnings, comes ends --- just enjoy the ride!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

While in Amsterdam I attended my first CS meeting and enjoyed talking to the local hosts and surfers, I plan on looking up meetings in Los Angeles and attending meetings.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My friend couchsurfered in Spain and only had positive praises, so when she said, "lets couchsurf" i was a bit reluctant ... but I'm SOO glad I did because I met great people, got a great experience and saw things that only real locals would know. So far I couchsurfed in Berlin, Munich, Paris, and Amsterdam. I recommend the couchsurfing experience, I was welcomed with open arms and felt very at ease.

兴趣

Have 4 dogs, live by the beach and love to ride my bicycle and watch lots of movies. Self proclaimed nerd, like to read books and trying to improve my crossword puzzle skills. Ameatuer drinker. Wishing to expand current horizons... Anything else you want to know, just ask :)

*Music - genres I tend to gravitate towards rock (classic and alternative) pop, r&b, I'm also open to others. My favorites at the moment that i can think of on the top of my head: Coldplay, The Fray, Paramour, Oasis, Radiohead, Incubus, Kings of Leon, Foo Fighters, RHCP .. and gosh so much more
*Movies - I love all types of movies however comedies and action are my favs.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

4 friends, multiple European countries, limited cashflow, with the aim to see as much as humanly possibly for about 35 or so days. Being a new traveler, every foreign buildings, church, statue, fountain, or just the country side takes my breath away... and if thats not amazing i don't know what is.
