My current mission is to make the most of everyday

ABOUT ME

I spend my time teaching 3rd grade, getting ready for teaching, and hanging with friends and family. From Spring to Fall I can be found hiking, camping, or near water. I grew up in Indianapolis and have returned after living for 4 years on the Navajo Nation in AZ. Indianapolis has lots to offer and I'm still discovering it myself.

PHILOSOPHY

I never want to stop learning. I want to live with less of a footprint and invest myself in renewable energy and education.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I really loved being able to host people while i was in Kayenta. I enjoy meeting new people and hearing their stories.I know its impossible to see and do it all as one person so swapping stories is as close as I'm going to get.
If you need advice about visiting Navajo Nation or things to do in the Indy area it would be pleasure to help ya out if I cannot join you.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had a few surfers populate my couch. I think its exciting to meet new people. With each new couchsurfer I host, I hope to visit them at their home and see life in another's shoes.

Arches National Park on Easter, skydiving over Indiana, backpacking Havisupi, taking a road trip to NY, staying in a hostel in Amsterdam, sleeping in the big tent in Munich, teaching on Navajo Nation, working as a National Park Ranger.
