Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I came across the idea of Couchsurfing when I was planning an audition trip for grad school to the States in 2016. My hosts are not only nice people, but also helped me achieve my goal - study abroad. When I became a grad student in Boston in 2017, I became a host on my own and met many cool people from different culture, background, faith and skin colors. I enjoy meeting people and getting to know different stories of theirs.

Music: The majority of songs on my Spotify are Christian songs, my fav one is Even If by MercyMe. My classical music fav for orchestra works is Ein Heldenleben by R. Strauss, Borodin’s string quartet No.2 for chamber music, Bruch violin concerto second movement for violin works.

Books: 被討厭的勇氣, the Bible, Rich Dad Poor Dad.

Movie: the Shack.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Share a giant lobster with a homeless guy on his birthday without regret. (This is especially impressive to myself cus I know how much I love eating.)
