ABOUT ME

I enjoy reading and learning. I'm a big fan of new and different foods. I'm covered in tattoos. I like cheap living and traveling too. I'm a pretty focused person, and I do well with my responsibilities, but I'm also always up for a party and a good time.

PHILOSOPHY

Still coming up with a personal philosophy; I'm young. I do know that I want to learn as much as I possibly can about everything, and I figure the rest will come along in its own time.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted in the past and will host again in the future; I plan to borrow some couches. I like new friends, and I'm sure CS'll come in quite handy for me, as a student traveler.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Fun so far! Hosted 3 folks so far, and they were all lovely souls! We ate, we drank, we sewed up clothes... I think we had great times!

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I'm not a huge movie buff.
Music: I'm really into a old-timey country stuff like Townes van Zandt & Loretta Lynn. I also love the Blues, Delta Blues are best - Mississippi Fred McDowell & Memphis Minnie are some favorites. As far as the new stuff, I guess I like the weird bands that are trying to act old (!) like Grizzly Bear & Fleet Foxes. I used to play tambourine and sing and dance around in a jug-type bluegrass-y band called Don Coyote.
Books: I'll take 'em all. But I love the classics and anything that puts science into easy terms.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I climbed Mt. St. Helens to the summit a couple summers ago. It was AMAZING staring down inside a volcano! And all that beautiful devastation...
