Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have truly enjoyed hosting many a fun and spirited guest on my wondrous couch in the past. I have also relished playing guest to a few fantastic hosts.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I once couchsurfed on a magnificent couples couch in Madrid and it was the funnest loveliest experience of all time. They had open hearts and generous minds and they showed me a beautiful time in a dizzy city. I hope I can live up to their outrageous hospitality!

My first official couchsurfing experience was in Brighton. We had a wonderful time full of interesting chats, beer, home brewed beverages, elderflower Turkish delight and fantastic tips on the brilliance that is Brighton.

I have also played host to tremendous beings and truly enjoyed sharing a fine meal, playing tour guide and meeting like minded souls. I love sharing my home and helping people to love my city.

Any books on art, gender or marvels! I also treasure the genre of magic realism.
Anything that inspires dreams and dancing!
Movies that challenge, inspire, scare and take me to new emotional realms. Some favorites include Middlesex by Jeffry Eugendes and The Wind Up Bird Chronicles by Murakami. Currently reading or employing The Art of Fermentation by Sandor Elix Katz.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveled alone as a young unworldly lass into the big wide world of crazy constructions, mountains, castles, unrecognizable delights, bazaars, deserts and lovely exuberant strangers.
