As time goes on, I find myself adapting to all sorts of things.. I have an open mind and a free spirit.. I go where the wind blows. I find myself landing in all the right places. I also believe it is only right because I can see the good in all. I am not oblivious however, I see the bad as well, just focus on positive vibes which manifest to a positive attitude, which results in contagious smiles! :D

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been participating informally for a few years now.. and finally joined the site! One of my favorite things to do back home is to offer my place to people who are traveling through the city. Often times I would meet someone from the street who is wandering around in circles, show them through the big city and offer them my couch! It's such a great feeling.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing is such an amazing experience. I have only had positive encounters~ It's really a remarkable community of 'locals' to share our world with! traveling for me is a chance to cross cultures and feel at home and couchsurfing really makes the journey that much more possible.

Interests

learning through experiencing! traveling is THE best way to do it. even if you think you are going to walk away with something you already have in mind, a million other things latch on along the way. things you will never forget!

the grass may always be greener, but take time to look closer because there is always a positive side to everything; it just depends on your perspective! always aim higher, see more/do more! And know, that you are exactly where you are supposed to be at all times.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One thing that I often fall asleep dreaming about is being on the beach in Fiji. I went to New Zealand for a working holiday, and after about 6 months of that, I decided to head back to summer in Chicago.. but since I was so close to Fiji, and it was on the way home, I made a pit stop! It was the most amazing places I've been and recommend it to everyone!

Another amazing thing I've done since then is to spend New Years eve in Goa, India. In search of an epic party with my best friend, we ended up in Goa. It happened to be a full moon, AND a lunar eclipse that night! Everything was aligned, the sun set on the ocean as the full moon rose.. I spent the night dancing and watched the moon set on the sea as the sun rose. Unforgettable, life changing experience.
