My next outing is to Salmon Arm, for some more yoga training. Its an expensive trip with the cost of training and travel from the island so I want to feel safe and supported by sharing the weekend with someone who is kind enough to host and make this goal a reality. I've been wanting to take this aerial training for a few years now and so I m using some of my rainy day money to make it happen!

I have heard of this website and although I haven't ever been hosted I know people who have used this site to travel for experience, resourcefulness and with safety.

There is definitely a list. But good food, is an interest - collecting good recipes.
