Formerly this was the account of our flat-sharing community (Matthias, Caro, Jenny and Benny), but we split up in 2012 and now only Jenny and Benny continue using the account.

We, Jenny and Benny, live in a small flat in Leipzig-Plagwitz trying to finish our studies (Geography & Physics) at the moment.

Jenny: I like plants very much. So summer is my favourite time. Not only that my vegetables and other plants on the balcony are growing, I also love to meet my friends outside and to chill a bit with beer in the park or at one of the new lakes around Leipzig or to go to a outdoor-music-event.

Benny: I'm very interested in handicraft work. I often have (a bit crazy) ideas of new things I could work on. At the moment I have little time for it, because I'm studying at the Technical University Dresden and so I ride very second day 3 hours by train...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A foreign flat mate had a lot of surfers on his couch, so we had the chance to get to know the project. Until now we had very good experiences. We hosted very nice and funny people. For us it's important not only to give or to have a sleeping place. We want to get to know our guests and as like our hosts.
